What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Please call the salon as soon as possible at (707) 658-2649 to cancel or reschedule. You may also cancel via text/email when you receive our automated confirmation message(s).
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require 24-hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Credit cards, cash and depending on your service provider, checks.
I don't have a babysitter for my appointment, can I bring my kids to the salon?
Out of respect for our other client's salon experience, we encourage you to find alternative childcare.
