CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 24-hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon as soon as possible at (707) 658-2649. You may also cancel via text/email when you receive our Vagaro automated confirmation message(s).


NO SHOWS

If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, we will charge you the FULL PRICE of each service scheduled to be rendered.


PRODUCTS

Opened or used hair care products bought in our retail space CAN NOT be returned or refunded. If you are interested in a particular product, please ask for a sample which we will gladly provide to you. This way you’re not committed to purchasing a product you may be unhappy with. It gives you the opportunity to try before you buy.


CHILDREN IN THE SALON

We understand that sometimes you may not have a sitter for your children. Out of respect for our other client’s salon experience, we encourage you to please find alternative childcare.
